The Moral Concerns of Whistleblowers

Abstract
The present study investigated the moral concerns and motivations of whistleblowers, a topic that has received little previous research. Using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, it was found that the moral concerns of whistleblowers depended on the type of workplace violation.
