Correlates of Team Cohesion: A Meta-Analysis

The nomological network of team level cohesion was examined in the current meta-analysis. Specifically, the direction and magnitude of relationships that cohesion has with team size, task interdependence, team processes, intragroup conflict, emergent states, and team member satisfaction was examined. A variety of significant relationships were found and discussed.
