People often fall short of their goals because they cannot break their bad habits, direct their efforts unproductively, or cannot overcome psychological barriers to behavior change. Recent advancements in psychological field interventions offer innovative solutions for improving people’s long-term learning, performance, health choices, pro-environmental behavior, and social interactions.
