Protective Factors Following Interpersonal Trauma

This symposium presents research on protective factors (e.g., coping self-efficacy, perceived present control) that focus on reducing general distress as well as trauma-specific symptoms. We will explore protective factors following interpersonal trauma in a variety of contexts (e.g., community and university student samples) with longitudinal and intervention data.
