This symposium will explore progress in understanding the interaction of psychological and organizational factors associated with Insider Threat—employees and trusted partners who knowingly or unwittingly create serious risk to their organization, e.g., through corporate espionage, terrorism, workplace shootings, sabotage, and sensitive data “leaks”—and what research is still needed.
