Moving Toward an Integrated Theory of the Implicit Personality
Our symposium focuses on the theoretical underpinnings of the implicit/unconscious/latent components of personality. The first paper compares/contrasts three traditions guiding the study of implicit personality and offers suggestions for building a unified theory of implicit personality. The remaining papers offer meta-analytic summaries of the relationships between implicit and explicit constructs.
