Computational Approaches Toward the Understanding the Self, Others, and Social Preferences

Friday, May 25, 2018 · San Francisco, CA

Oral · Social

How the brain represents the self and others is a fundamental question in psychology and neuroscience. The goal of this symposium is to present recent studies that employ computational methods to uncover the ‘hidden’ parameters and mechanisms governing how we make sense of and interact with others.
