On the Construal of Time and Its Impact on Well Being
How does one's construal of time affect his or her well being? This symposium highlights emerging research exploring this under-examined topic in novel ways (e.g., surveying those facing death; assessing in vivo responses using experience sampling; using geographically and demographically diverse samples). Implications for theory, research, and policy are discussed.
