This symposium presents a personality-based framework as a comprehensive and developmentally-appropriate foundation for assessments, interventions, and research across education and work. The symposium highlights examples of scale development efforts designed to inform research and measurement questions, as well as analytic strategies that provide better modeling of personality and behavior data.
