Who Can Feel Safe?: How Person-Environment Fit Predicts Domain Engagement

People select into domains in which they feel “fit”. We provide a novel framework for understanding facets of domain fit in marginalized groups. Three following talks present evidence applying this to gender, showing that facets of fit relate to sense of belonging, commitment, and actual retention in several domains.
