Diverse Perspectives of Adult Success: A 38-Year Study of Early Predictors
This symposium discusses new research conceptualizing and measuring the meaning of “personal success” in adulthood. Using data from the 38-year Fullerton Longitudinal Study, presentations explore the role that intrinsic motivation for work, everyday leadership, positive family relationships, and mental and physical health play in determining perceptions of personal success.
