Late to Bed, Late to Rise: The Influence of Sleep and Circadian Rhythm Changes on Emotional Risk During Adolescence

Adolescence is a developmental stage associated with the onset of mental health problems and a shift in sleep and wake behaviors including late bedtimes and short sleep duration. This symposium will present new findings that examine sleep and circadian functioning in relation to various aspects of emotional vulnerability during adolescence.
