The Psychology of Eating
Learn about innovative research on the psychology of eating. Topics include harnessing the power of comfort eating, understanding cue-triggered overeating in obesogenic environments, using mindfulness techniques to reduce sugar consumption, and improving well-being through increasing raw fruit and vegetable consumption. Implications for clinical intervention and health policy will be discussed.
