Pathways to Success: Novel Mechanisms and Intervention Strategies to Increase Self-Regulation and Goal Pursuit
The purpose of this symposium is to discuss novel ways to enhance self-regulation and goal pursuit. The presentations will focus on new insights into mechanisms underlying self-control (e.g., understanding conflict), as well propose intervention strategies to increase successful self-regulation (e.g., from the perspectives of mindfulness and motivation).
