Abstract

The present study found levels of pathological gaming among a high minority/low SES adolescent sample (8.7%) that matches rates drawn from more homogeneous national and international samples. Male rates were significantly higher (p<.001) in both samples. Pathological status was also a significant predictor of decreased school performance (p<.001).
