Abstract

Employees who perceive that their workplace is unsupportive of their family roles experience higher levels of work-family conflict & stronger turnover intentions. In the current study, we examine to what extent perceived supervisor support (PSS) early in one’s pregnancy may affect a woman’s organizational commitment later in the pregnancy.
