Abstract

The current study examined the relationship between personality traits and four types of end user cybersecurity behaviors at work. Results indicated that personality traits such as conscientiousness, agreeableness, and openness to experience are predictive of these behaviors. This research has implications for using personality reduce insider threat in the workplace.
