The Effects of Child Labor on Children Behavior: A Study in Zaatari Refugee Camp, Jordan Using the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire

Abstract
478 Syrian refugee children, ages 6 – 17, participated in the study. The children were classified under four categories (Schooling only, working only, schooling and working, not schooling or working). Result suggest working has positive impact on prosocial behaviors when paired with schooling but negative effect on Total Difficulties score.
