StrongMinds is the only organization scaling a cost-effective solution to the depression epidemic in Africa. Since 2014, StrongMinds has treated over 25,000 women suffering from depression with 75% being depression free at the conclusion of 12 weeks of group talk therapy and all having a reduction in their depressive symptoms.
