Personality Traits and the Fear of Death and Dying

The present study analyzes the relationship between personality and death fears, with consideration of religious or spiritual belief as a mediator. The results of the study revealed significant correlations between emotionality and high fear of death, while trait extraversion negatively correlated with death fears.
