Development of a Scenario-Based Service Judgment Measure for Retail Job Applicants

This paper reviews the development of a scenario-based Service Judgment measure for a retail pre-employment assessment solution. Researchers used a legally and professionally compliant development process including use of pre-existing content and expert input. Initial pilot results indicated that the measure is a valid and reliable predictor of service-related behaviors.
