Abstract

Significant differences between WIIFM trained and untrained groups of volunteer maintenance and reliability consultants were found only for the Oreg dimensions of resistance to change for Routine Seeking and Emotional Reaction. The findings suggested identifying WIIFM did not consistently affect resistance to change, the reasons vary by person and situation.
