Students on the Autistic Spectrum: What Holds Them Back from Transitioning to Work

This poster describes research looking at the experiences of students with Autistic Spectrum Condition in higher education and the impacts on their longer-term employability. It describes the themes raised from the research and gives suggestions for pedagogical improvements to mitigate the problems.
