Negative Consequences of Women with Disability: Social Cognition, Psychological Health, Self-Esteem, and Satisfaction with Relationships

Abstract
Women with disabilities face significantly more difficulties in both public and private spheres. Our web based survey in Japan (N = 1645) revealed miserable consequences of women with disabilities. They showed lowest scores on psychological health, self-esteem, and satisfaction with family/friends/coworkers, etc. with compared to men with disability and non-disabled.
