Employee's Perception of Performance Management System's Effectiveness and Its Impact on Organisational Effectiveness.

The purpose of current study is achieved as its found that positive perception of employee’s regarding effectiveness of Balanced Scorecard as performance management system has a significant impact on Organisational effectiveness. The hypothesized model is validated using established research instruments and tested using Structural equation modeling (SEM).
