Abstract

The purpose of current study is achieved as its found that positive perception of employee’s regarding effectiveness of Balanced Scorecard as performance management system has a significant impact on Organisational effectiveness. The hypothesized model is validated using established research instruments and tested using Structural equation modeling (SEM).
