This study examined relations between emotional awareness, distress tolerance and hopefulness and suicidality among military veterans with co-occurring PTSD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Different facets of emotional functioning were uniquely related to hopefulness and suicidality and results may help inform clinical risk assessment with vulnerable populations.
