Abstract

This study used nationally representative data to examine the psychological crossover of stress, burnout, and occupational commitment among a sample of secondary school teachers. Results indicated that teachers working with a greater proportion of stress-vulnerable colleagues reported higher burnout and reduced occupational commitment.
