Abstract

Corporations across America have invested in academic and corporate diversity programs. Is diversity translating from academics to the workforce? Participants completed internships and diversity programs and were interviewed on their diversity experiences. Data was analyzed to discover if diversity is present and if it is positively received in each environment.
