Abstract

Participants rated the qualifications, concerns, and hireability of a job candidate with medicated/un-medicated ADHD, one using Adderall without a medication, or control. The candidate using non-prescribed Adderall raised most concerns regarding fairness, ability, collegiality, and was least likely to be hired. Moreover, collegiality concerns were mediated by concerns with fairness.
