Abstract

Cell phone and social media activity are related to poorer cognitive performance in college samples. In contrast, there is limited data on the impact of technology use and cognitive performance in middle-aged/ older adults. The current findings suggest that middle-aged/ older adults benefit from anxiety related to technology use.
