Abstract
This study explores recovery and relapse in individuals with severe mental disorders from the perspective of mental health personnel in Mexico City. Of respondents, 19% did not believe recovery was possible while 46.6% believed recovery was factor dependent. Thematic analysis categories affecting recovery (8) and relapse (12) were developed.
