Abstract

The study aims to examine the associations between parent-child ED, children’s socioemotional adjustment, and cultural differences in parent-child ED. Parent-childED is negatively associated with peer problems. Taiwanese parents displayed higher emotion reasoning. Taiwanese children displayed more positive ED behaviors. Emotion discussion can be an intervention target for children’s socioemotional adjustment.
