Abstract

In this study, we examined the impact of media multitasking on metacognitive accuracy in college-aged young adults, and how these individual differences interact with adolescent and current media multitasking patterns. The findings suggest that regular media multitasking in adolescence may benefit metacognitive accuracy when learning co-occurs media multitasking.
