Abstract

The Conscientious Responders Scale is an embeddable validity scale that differentiates conscientious and careless responding (CLR). We present evidence of its generalizability across 2 experiments. Results show its sensitivity to questionnaire length (correlate of CLR), and is embeddable in questionnaires without provoking CLS or changing the psychometrics of other measures.
