Cross-Cultural Variations Perceptions of Appearance and Reality Among Elementary Teachers

Abstract
We examined cultural differences in elementary school teachers’ perceptions of appearance and reality across 3 educational related scenarios. We found that Canadian teachers were more likely indicate appearance as corresponding to reality than Chinese teachers, whereas Chinese teachers were more likely to indicate appearance as not corresponding to the reality.
