Abstract

We tested whether being high/low in Disgust Sensitivity (DS) predicted human health. Time1, DS and health were recorded (n=124). Health symptoms (PILL) and stress (PSS) were measured weekly for 6 weeks. Contrary to predictions, high DS individuals were not healthier. Weekly stress was only significant predictor of symptom levels.
