Abstract

Using existing data for 260 participants in an online cognitive bias modification intervention for negative prospection, we examined the effects of mean time per training trial on: (a) engagement (vividness, relatability), and (b) change in expectancy bias (negative, positive), distress (anxiety, depression), and well-being (self-efficacy, growth mindset, optimism) over time.
