Abstract
Employers may desire to support employee voice and engagement, yet work environments often inhibit these and impose silence (Fast, Burris, & Bartel, 2014; Wu, Tang, Dong, & Liu, 2015). This study reports a significant relationship between perceived organizational support, voice and engagement, and discusses ways of facilitating positive organizational environments.
