Abstract

Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores decreased from 15 at intake (moderate severity) to 4 at discharge (subthreshold insomnia) and sleep efficiency improved by 14% to 89%. Regarding subjective ratings, the patient endorsed sleeping better than he had in years and generalized skills learned in treatment to other areas of life.
