Abstract
Yoga is increasingly used for treating mental and physical health issues in clinical interventions. However, the ways participants comprehend the reasons for their health behavior changes remain largely unexamined. This Mixed Methods design with qualitative interviews investigated participants’ understanding of health behavior change after completion of a 12-week yoga program.
