Dietary Acculturation Effects Among International College Students in the United States

Abstract

The U.S. rates as the top host country for international students, yet little research characterizes the impact of dietary acculturation on mental health. This study used a qualitative approach to understand mental health factors related to dietary acculturation among international students. The results showed that participants faced mental health consequences.
