Special Education Classification: Does a Change Matter?

Abstract
Goals of the study were (1) examine the frequency of changes in special needs classification among juvenile-justice involved youth; and (2) to examine differences between those youth who change classification and those who maintain the same classification on the number of offenses, and school attendance.
