Non-Regularized Estimation of Psychological Networks

An important goal for psychology is characterizing relationships between variables. While network models have been used for this purpose, it is unclear whether current practice is appropriate for typical psychological data. With simulation, we demonstrate that alternative methods often provide superior performance than the current default approach.
