Abstract

Attentional resources to task demand during exposure of fear-relevant and fear-irrelevant stimuli was investigated. Top down modulated behavioral and neural adaption during emotional processing was shown through RT, ERP and time-frequency analysis. ICA and source localization of EEG data identified both fronto- and parietal- central areas imperative for behavioral adaptation.
