Abstract

The current study examined the relationship between sleep quality and duration, perceived stress, anxiety symptoms, emotion regulation, and cognitive performance in 41 college students. Results indicate several significant relationships among these variables, further indicating the importance of sleep, stress, and emotion regulation in proper cognitive and psychological functioning.
