Abstract
This study examines gender as a moderator of the association predicting C-reactive protein (CRP) from race-related stress (RRS), above and beyond early life adversity (ELA). Results indicate that compared to females, CRP levels in males were more strongly predicted by RRS than ELA, independent of sociodemographic, affective, and health-related covariates.
