Abstract
One-hundred-and-five undergraduates completed the Friendship Quality Questionnaire (Parker & Asher, 1993). Friendship values of trust, closeness, acceptance, and helpfulness, correlated positively to life satisfaction, happiness, and mental wellbeing but not GPA. Results suggest that the quality of friendships is important to the overall positivity of life but not academic success.
