Abstract

This qualitative study explores destructive leader interactions by placing currently employed participants in a morally challenging scenario at work and then asked to describe how they would respond and why. Raters reviewed participant responses and identified 6 emergent themes. The most frequent themes were avoiding, advising, and opposing.
