Abstract
Momentary assessments of anxiousness and stress self-ratings were collected six times daily for five days in college students. Higher-anxiety students exhibited both high anxiousness and stress changes across the day while low-anxiety students varied only in stress levels. Placing anxiousness-reduction interventions at high stress times is suggested.
