Abstract

The relationships of cognitive test anxiety with parental care, parental overprotection, and perfectionism were examined. ANOVA procedures showed that low maternal care and high perfectionism were related to high test anxiety among females and males. Results have implications for the role of parenting and perfectionism on test anxiety.
